SOLUTIONS
A lens made from optical grade sapphire with an anti-fingerprint coating, combined with the need to eliminate unwanted reflections in the visible spectrum, required fine tuning to produce the required result. Customised tooling to ensure a 100% aperture and multiple coating layers was vital in delivering such a result.
