Knight Optical’s dispersing equilateral prisms feature a simple triangular cross-section with equal 60° angles and are ideal for separating light into its constituent wavelengths. With a variety of material choices, including F2 and SF11 optical glass with high refractive indices for maximising the separation between wavelengths, UV fused silica for UV wavelengths, and calcium fluoride and zinc selenide for infrared wavelengths, Knight Optical offers a range of variety dispersing prisms.  

Standard equilateral prisms are available from stock, while our technical sales team can support custom designs and coatings tailored to your exact requirements.
