Biconvex lenses are simple yet versatile optical components with two convex, spherical surfaces, typically of equal curvature. These lenses are widely used for imaging systems and laser beam focusing and control.
Knight Optical supplies precision N-BK7 biconvex lenses, available uncoated or with broadband anti-reflective (AR) coatings for visible to near-infrared (NIR) applications. We also offer custom biconvex lenses tailored to your specifications or can modify stock lenses for rapid turnaround. Additional AR coatings are available, including 630-1100nm and 1050-1700nm for infrared (IR) and telecom applications.
