With a global operation spanning 30 years and with facilities in the UK and USA, Knight Optical is well-informed of the requirements sought by the international trade market; and has accommodated many changes over the years to meet the needs of its customer base and enhance its comprehensive services.
As the end of the Brexit transition period approaches, we would like to reassure you that we have put in to practice several precautionary strategies to ensure the strongest outcome for Knight Optical processes following our departure from the EU; and we proceed to monitor trading developments closely to guarantee the operation, manufacturing and supply of our products are met with minimal disruption. We have been preparing for all outcomes; No-Deal Brexit, Soft Brexit or Hard Brexit. This includes Increasing the UK buffer stock for the EU market and increased buffer stock for the UK market.
We will continue to closely evaluate the progress of the UK’s negotiations with the EU, and your designated account managers will update you with any key developments. In the meantime, our customers should take comfort and reassurance from the fact that our objective is that the impact of Brexit on customer operations is minimized.
We would like to thank you for your continued support and look forward to working with you in the future.
