1. Promotion Period
The Black Friday Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid for a limited time, starting from Monday, 20th November 2023 at 00:01 (GMT) and ending on Thursday, 23rd November 2023 at 23:59 (GMT).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to new and existing customers of Knight Optical (“Customers”).
New customers are defined as those who have not made a purchase from Knight Optical before the start of the Promotion Period.
Existing customers are defined as those who have made a purchase from Knight Optical before the start of the Promotion Period.
To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers must place an order with a total value of £200 or more (GBP), excluding any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
3. Discounts
New customers will receive a 20% discount on orders over £200 (GBP).
Existing customers will receive an 11% discount on orders over £200 (GBP).
The discount applies to the subtotal of the order and does not include taxes or shipping costs.
4. Order Placement
To avail the discount, Customers must place their orders during the Promotion Period. Orders placed before or after this period are not eligible for the discount.
5. Application of Discount
The discount will be automatically applied during the checkout process when the order meets the eligibility criteria.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the discount is applied before completing their order.
The discount is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. Exclusions
The discount cannot be used in combination with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Amendments and Cancellation
Knight Optical reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted on the Knight Optical website.

Knight Optical is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind that may affect participation or receipt of the discount.

By participating in this Promotion, Customers consent to Knight Optical collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of this Promotion.
10. Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
