Linear sheet polarisers are used for a broad range of applications including the production of LCD monitors and TVs, photography and other lighting and entertainment systems such as projectors.
Knight Optical supply linear sheet type polarisers in a range of types. These sheet polarisers were formerly supplied by Polaroid/3M under the Vikuti brand. Although these sheets have since been made obsolete by the manufacturer, Knight Optical holds substantial stock of the original material including HN32, HN38 and HN42, and performance HN22, HN38S and HN42HE high extinction sheets.
Original polariser material is available both in standard stock sizes listed below, or cut to custom sizes on demand. These polariser sheets can also be purchased with protective glass or acrylic lamination where necessary.
We are also able to offer cost effective alternative sheets made from equivalent material manufactured to match the qualities of the original 3M polarisers. Where we are unable to offer original material due to limited stock we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement to match your application.
Please be aware original 3M sheet polarisers (HN22, HN32, HN38, HN38S, HN42 and HN42HE types) are no longer manufactured and are a limited stock item. While every effort is made to ensure that only those items we stock are listed on the website, we cannot guarantee availability. Please contact us for up to date stock information. We will always hold stock of equivalent material.
