Knight Optical supplies desktop vacuum pickup systems with interchangeable vacuum tips for a range of small part handling applications. Available with 110V or 220V power supplies, our desktop vacuum pickup systems are ESD safe. Each system is supplied with a five foot coiled vacuum hose for enhanced reach during handling and rubberized feet ensure the unit stays firmly on the desk.
Our desktop vacuum pickups are supplied with power leads as standard with plugs suitable for the US, UK and Europe. Please ensure you select the correct part for your region when ordering. Desktop vacuum pickups are available as either single or dual wand systems.
Operating our desktop vacuum pickup tools couldn’t be easier!
- Select the appropriate vacuum tip. The rubber seal should be slightly smaller than the part to be handled in order to allow a good vacuum to form.
- Ensure that the vacuum tip and optic are clean before use.
- Switch on the power supply.
- Carefully place the vacuum tip against the part to be handled and release the button, allowing the vacuum to take hold.
- Move the part to the desired location and carefully release it by pressing the button.
