Knight Optical supplies YAG laser mirrors for use at the typical wavelengths, with Nd as the dopant, namely: 266, 355, 532, and 1064nm. The thin films are assembled for an Angle of Incidence (AOI) of 0° and 45°. It is possible to supply dual band filters that reflect the fundamental laser line and the frequency doubled line, 1.064µm and 532nm respectively. It is possible to have a specification that will reflect, for example, both the lines, 1.064µm and 532nm. These thin films are designed to withstand a high damage threshold, with minimum scattering and absorption. This is accomplished by having a stable substrate, such as fused silica, very high surface quality, and high surface accuracy.
