ANPR Camera Filters

By utilizing single substrate coating techniques, your imagining and monitoring systems no longer need to settle with 70% transmission rate filters. Drawing upon over 20 years’ experience with optical filters and components, Knight Optical offers high performance, single substrate bandpass filters achieving over 90% transmission at ranges below 1064nm with bandwidths of 5 to 100nm.

For demanding applications such as ANPR imaging and intelligent traffic monitoring systems utilizing near-infrared LED illumination, Knight Optical deliver 740nm, 50nm, 870nm and 940nm filters as well as highly customisable band ranges. Knight Optical’s filters are available mounted to custom designs and dimensions and 1mm to 150mm diameter and square filters up to 260nm, in addition to mounted and standard dimensions.

Transmission is verified by our suite of Agilent Cary 5000 spectrophotometers and filters are checked by our technically trained team to ensure components meet our high specifications. The spectrophotometers have the ability to scan over 175-3200nm. The data and transmission graphs from our scans and tests can be presented alongside your parts to help produce a seamless integration of our parts into your instruments and machines.
