Returns Policy


At Knight Optical, we are committed to supplying 100% quality products that meet your specifications and requirements, quality is an absolute priority. We take great pride in the products we supply to all industry sectors and all our staff are committed to excellent customer service.

If you would like to return a product within 14 days of purchase, we ask that you do the following;

  • Obatin a return merchandise authorisation number by contacting us directly onĀ 01622 859444 or emailing [email protected]
  • Return the product with the original packaging with RMA number clearly identified on the package.

Additional Details

  • If, after 14 days, you still wish to return a product, you will still need to obtain a return authorization number. Only products found to be defective are accepted for repair or replacement for a period of 6 months from being received
  • RMAs are valid 14 days from issue.
  • All returned products are subject to inspection. Products displaying damage will not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned in our original packaging, or a suitable alternative (wrap optics in lens tissue before placing in foam packaging). The RMA number must be clearly marked on the package.
  • A minimum 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns after 14 days.
  • Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Please note that custom products are not applicable for return, unless the product is found to be defective.
