Mirrors

Mirrors reflect light and are used in many forms. Plane mirrors simple bend a light beam, concave mirrors can create images and lamp reflectors, which wrap around filament and arc lamps, can collect a large proportion of the light from these sources. With suitable coatings they can become dichroic reflectors or hot or cold mirrors.
