How to set up an account
Setting up an account allows you a quick and easy way to make purchases from the Knight Opitcal site.
Your information will only be used by oursleves and your delivery address will only be shared with our Couriers to enable delivery of your products.
Your have access to view the following:
View My Details
Add new address details, change your payment options, or change your login details.
Current Orders
View the details of any orders currently being processed. Allows you to view the order status of your goods from each merchant. You can also reorder all or part of any order being processed.
Past Orders
View completed orders. Allows you to reorder all or part of any completed order.
My Quote
You must be logged in to use this service. This area allows you to save products to My Quote for your future use (rather like a wish list) and or forward request for bulk prices to the Site Administrator - It also allows you to forward details you have saved to a colleague via this module for their information.
View/Edit/Delete/Send your currently stored Quote.
Newsletters
You may add and change your newsletter subscriptions here.
Signing into your account
Use your designated email and your choice of password
Lost password?
Enter your email address above then click button and we will email you a new password which you can then change in your account was you have logged back into your account
Buying from the site
To buy from the Knight Optical Site select the quantity you wish to order (by default the quantity is set to "1") add your products to the basket.
You can view the basket at any time by clicking on the view basket on the top right hand side of the site.
If you have not brought from the site before you will need set up an account or if you are an existing customer log in with your email and password.
If you are shipping to within the UK you can select you method from the drop down menu. If you are shipping outside the UK the Courier rate will be set automatically by referring to your Country in the delivery address. see shipping details
Please then just follow the instructions to complete the sale - you can change your details by returning to your "Account"

Using Quote System
You will need to have be registered on the site by creating an "account" to use this Quote / Portfolio /Wishlist system and be logged into the Web Site
This will save you time - as many other sites keep asking you to retype your details every time you request a quote!
You will see the buttons below
Adding a new "Quote/Portfolio/Wishlist" allows your to start another "Quote/Portfolio/Wishlist" list - allowing several sets of list for future list etc. To work on more than one list set the one you wish to work on as "default"
You can view you list or remove an item buy clicking view/remove product
You can ask for a quote from the system by just selecting "Merchant" no need to add an email. The system will recognize your details and deal with your enquiry
Type in quote request into the text box provided
Share your product selection with a colleague using the "Quote System"
If you wish to send the list to a colleague select "email a friend" and place their email address in box provided
Your colleague will be sent a link to view your selected items which you may wish to discuss etc.
Using the PDF library
Our PDF techinical Library is growing week by week so please to keep checking on progress
You can save a copy of the PDF by choosing the save copy button, we would respectfully remind you that the PDFs are for your personal use and not for commercial publication
