Optical Flats - Pyrex type

Our high quality optical flat substrates are made from three types of material; Zerodur, fused silica and LEGB. They can be used for interferometry, which involves checking the flatness of other surfaces from the interference fringes (Newton’s rings) that are seen in monochromatic light when two surfaces are in contact. Another use for optical flats is within high quality laser mirrors. 

The stock list of optical flats below are fused silica type and have one flat side with a flatness precision of lambda/4.
